Before you ask for the price.
Do I need my own AI account?
No. Your care plan includes a yearly allowance of catalogue pages, read on our account. If you already have your own ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini key, you can add it in Settings instead, and the reading goes on your own bill. Keys are stored locked and never shown again.
What happens when pages run out?
Nothing breaks. Your website, products and enquiries keep working. Add a top-up pack, switch to your own key, or wait for next year's allowance. You can still add products by hand, and the reader can still pick out photos for you to fill in.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Each person gets their own login and a role: Owner, Admin, Sales, Catalogue manager or Viewer. Sales never sees supplier costs. When someone leaves, switch off their login and they are signed out at once.
Is my supplier data safe?
Supplier names, codes and cost prices never reach your website; it refuses to publish them. Your business gets its own separate copy and database, sign-in is password-protected, and we keep backups as part of your care plan.
Can I leave?
Yes. Your domain stays yours, and we hand over your products, clients and enquiries as Excel or CSV files. Your data is always yours. We run the software and hosting for you as part of the care plan, so if you ever decide to stop, we'll give you plenty of notice and help you move everything over smoothly.
